Goulburn Railway Steaming into Spring 2026.

Saturday 29th & Sunday 30th August 2026.

Come visit the Roundhouse and explore the history of Goulburn rail Heritage.

Check out the Roundhouse at night on Saturday.

Experience 1076 in steam, climb in the cab for a visit. 🚂

Smell the burning coal and feel the heat.

Blow the whistle. Talk to the crew and ask questions.

R766 will arrive through the day Saturday and depart through the day Sunday.

Take a look at exhibits from a mail van to the pay bus and other various rolling stock and locomotives.

Wander through The Wellington shed and check out the Wheel Lathe and other machinery.

Check out the Argyle Model Railway Club’s layout and see model trains running.

Food van and coffee van will be onsite.

We are open to visitors on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00am to 3:00pm, with the last entry at 2:30pm.
